This presents a unique opportunity for atalented individual to contribute their expertise in shaping an optimallearning environment for both students and staff, thereby supporting TwynhamTGS' commitment to excellence. The Site Team plays a pivotal role in enhancingthe overall learning atmosphere, ensuring a secure and conducive space foreveryone. Twynham School holds adistinguished status, enjoying a stellar reputation at both the local andnational levels. We are a heavily over-subscribed school where achievement isexceptionally high, students are well-behaved and eager to learn andrelationships are very special. This role is based primarily atTwynham School but you may be required to work occasionally at The GrangeSchool ('TGS') too. This position offers a chance tobe an integral part of a renowned educational institution, contributing to itsongoing success and commitment to providing an outstanding learningenvironment. We are looking for an outstandingindividual who will relish the opportunity to: Work within a highly regardingorganisation shaping the future for young people across Christchurch Play a key role in ensuring calm,organisational effectiveness in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment Be responsible for the compliance,safety, cleanliness, maintenance and security of the school site, furnishingsand grounds to the expected standards of the Twynham Learning Trust Plan, organise, execute andinspect all relevant works relating to the school site Promote and safeguard the welfareof children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and ChildProtection policies.
