About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Help create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and personal development. Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support.
