Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Office Manager to oversee the daily sales & office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a solid background in administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and proficiency. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sales pipeline, achieving quarterly revenue targets.
* Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and client communications.
* Support ISO consultancy proposals and project documentation
* Supervise office staff and ensure compliance with internal policies
* Maintain CRM systems and oversee inbound lead generation.
* Liaise with consultants and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
* Report directly to the Director and contribute to strategic planning.
Skills
* Strong team management abilities with experience in supervising staff
* Strong and experience in B2B outbound sales.
* Background in human resources is advantageous.
* Demonstrated clerical and administrative experience in an office setting
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of work
