Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Engineering Department and Sales team
* Ensure the smooth delivery of internal and external reporting
* Manage and maintain internal dashboards
* Prepare and deliver reports for senior management
Key Duties
* Answer inbound calls, manage shared inboxes, and direct enquiries appropriately
* Review and validate documentation from the Sales team and upload to the CRM system
* Ensure all sites are correctly set up to support accurate invoicing
* Produce site drawings as required
* Support battery monitoring of security equipment
* Provide holiday cover for the Service Desk when required
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn in house systems
* Previous administrative experience desirable
* Experience within the security industry advantageous but not essential
* Proven ability to deliver client focused solutions based on customer needs
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
* Experience working in a busy office environment, managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
* Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to respond to ad hoc and time sensitive requests
* Full training will be provided where required
