1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Reigate

A supportive primary school in Reigate is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to assist children with Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with SEN experience who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a child, helping them stay engaged and reach their learning goals.
* Work alongside the teacher to foster a structured and positive classroom environment.
* Recognise and manage behavioural triggers, using strategies to provide the best support for the child.
* Promote confidence, independence, and positive social interactions.

* Full-time position, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30)

What You'll Need:
* Experience supporting children with additional needs, particularly Autism and ADHD
