Salary: £28,000 £38,000 (depending on experience)

What Youll Be Doing:
As a Medical Litigation Paralegal, youll be supporting senior solicitors on complex and high-value clinical negligence and medical malpractice cases. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Gathering and reviewing medical records
* Drafting legal documents and court forms
* Liaising with medical experts, clients, courts, and third parties
* Preparing bundles for hearings
* Managing deadlines, case files, and diary systems efficiently

* Experience in litigation ideally within medical negligence
* A strong understanding of civil litigation processes
