Our team is committed to professionalism, accuracy, and client care, and we are currently looking for a reliable and personable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing office.
The Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment for clients, visitors and staff. In addition to reception duties, you will provide vital administrative support to our accounting team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
·Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner.
* Manage the office to ensure a tidy and presentable space.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls confidently.
·Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
·Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
·Maintain and organise office supplies and stationery.
·Provide basic support with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks.
* Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
·Assist with data entry, filing, and client record maintenance
·Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as needed.
* Assist with organising company events and meetings.
Key Skills & Experience:
·Preferably previous experience in a reception or administrative role
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
·Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
·Professional appearance and demeanour
·A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
·Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a reception or administration role
