Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A well-regarded secondary school in Buckingham is looking to appoint a dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join its successful Science department with an immediate start. This role will involve teaching Chemistry across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach A-Level Chemistry for a suitably experienced candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, well-structured Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for the right candidate).
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and examination board requirements.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL students.
Support pupils in achieving strong GCSE outcomes through effective teaching and targeted intervention.
Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment opportunities such as science clubs and educational trips.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science education.
The ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
