Description
* Lead the Finance Team, providing clear direction and promoting a culture of accuracy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Manage the preparation and presentation of timely management accounts and financial statements, ensuring audit readiness.
* Oversee all financial control processes including ledgers, VAT returns, reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
* Lead the annual budgeting process and support multi-year financial forecasting.
* Drive the implementation and continual enhancement of financial systems and processes.
* Ensure compliance with tax obligations, statutory returns, and institutional financial policies.
* Support staff development and provide financial training for budget holders and other stakeholders.
Profile
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer
