 
        
        About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive commercial performance, and build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the shared Operations Manager, Retail Liaison, Centre Administrator, and Finance Manager to ensure smooth coordination across all activities. Your first six months will focus on stabilising operations and strengthening stakeholder engagement, with a view to enhancing the tenant mix and preparing the asset for future repositioning or sale.

 * Has strong commercial instincts and solid financial management skills
 * Brings experience in retail property or asset management
 * Thinks strategically and communicates effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
 * Thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
 * Is ready to take ownership and deliver results
