Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to join a fast-paced, supportive team where your skills are truly valued?
We’re seeking a Skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Langar (14 miles outside of Grantham) on a temporary to permanent basis.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9.30am-6pm and 8.30am-4.30pm on Fridays!
Own transport is essential due to the location of work.
What You’ll Do:
1. Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch goods to high standards
2. Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory using warehouse systems
3. Van driving when required
4. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and H&S compliant
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven warehouse experience
2. Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy goods
3. Great attention to detail and time management
4. A team player with a strong work ethic
5. UK Driving Licence
