We offer a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence in the UK market. This role involves tapping into a wide range of retail Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) companies, building from the ground up, and establishing ourselves as market leaders in employee engagement apps for communication, training, and operations for front-line workers. We are looking for someone who can turn our brand from unknown to remarkable success.
Our current clients include Reitan, Specsavers, Joe & the Juice, Stick'n'Sushi, Mercedes-Benz, Gina Tricot, Tiger of Sweden, Telia, Peak Performance, and more. Our goal is to create value for large enterprise clients by transforming Frontline Workers into Frontline Winners with customized employee engagement and performance apps.
Your key responsibilities
* Drive the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to closing deals with enterprise brands.
* Develop strategic account plans tailored to each prospective client, identifying decision-makers and understanding their needs.
* Use value-based selling to demonstrate the benefits and ROI of our customizable app throughout the sales process.
* Manage opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and guide the sales journey effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and department heads.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing accurate revenue forecasts.
Who are you?
* At least 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive.
* Proven success in closing complex deals and eager to penetrate the UK/IR market.
* Knowledge of UK/IR retail and hospitality industries is a plus.
* Extensive SaaS sector experience and understanding of SaaS benefits for retail businesses.
* Skilled in value-based selling and MEDDPICC methodology.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to build business opportunities.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
* Fluent or professional proficiency in English.
