As a Legal Officer you'll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of Employment Law and your ability to deliver timely and detailed legal advice to our Officers and Members, run your own caseload of Employment Tribunal Litigation, and contribute to training and updates for members and Officers.

Responsibilities
* Deliver timely and detailed legal advice to Officers and Members.
* Run your own caseload of Employment Tribunal Litigation.
* Contribute to training and updates for members and Officers.
* Assist RCN members with a wide range of employment law cases.
Qualifications
* A Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Barrister.
* An in‑depth knowledge of Employment Law.
* Aptitude to advise and represent claimants in Employment Tribunal litigation.
* Organised, efficient, accurate and customer‑focused.
