What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN) with a valid NMC pin. Proven leadership experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing home setting. Strong clinical knowledge and management skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
