Job Title: Holiday Park Warden (Live-In Position)

About Us:
Set within the beautiful woodland of the 353-year-old Escrick Park Estate, our award-winning 5-star rural holiday lodge park is open all year round. Due to expansion, we are seeking an additional Warden to join our friendly on-site team, which includes existing wardens, maintenance, and administration staff.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual with strong people skills to help care for our expanding holiday rental fleet. This is a hands-on, varied role that requires initiative, teamwork, and a can-do attitude.
You will also provide on-call cover, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and key holiday periods (e.g., Christmas and Easter).
Key Responsibilities:
* General maintenance of lodges and park grounds
* Hot tub maintenance (training provided if necessary)
* Mowing, strimming, tending to shrubs, hanging baskets, and bin store upkeep
* Basic DIY tasks as needed
* Supporting turnaround of lodges to tight deadlines
* Providing a friendly and helpful presence for guests
* Handling any guest concerns or emergencies with tact and professionalism
* Taking ownership of the park during weekend shifts
* Assisting in other park duties as workload requires
About You:
* Friendly, approachable, and great with people
* Able to work independently and under pressure
* Comfortable using initiative to solve problems as they arise
* Flexible and willing to adapt to a variety of tasks
* Prepared to take on responsibility and grow with the role
* Energetic and reliable
* Willing to work weekends and cover on-call duties
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with hot tub maintenance
* Previous experience in holiday parks or hospitality
* DIY or gardening skills
