About the Role As a Social Worker in the Family Support Team, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of CIN and CP cases Complete high‑quality assessments and develop effective, outcome‑focused plans Work collaboratively with families, partners, and other professionals Deliver impactful interventions that promote stability and resilience Contribute to Brent's commitment to child‑centred, evidence‑informed practice Receive regular supervision, reflective spaces, and strong CPD support ✅ What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' PQE plus completed ASYE Strong background working within Family Support SWE‑registered qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW/BA/MA Social Work) Skilled in managing risk and making evidence‑based decisions Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and families ✨ Why Work for Brent?
