Residential Home Manager (RM) Location: Huddersfield Salary: £50,000 per annum About the Role We are seeking an experienced and committed Residential Home Manager to lead our care home in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record in residential care management. Key Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver outstanding care. Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Requirements Relevant Home Manager experience with good tenure in previous roles. Strong background in Residential Care and Dementia Residential Care. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary of £50,000.
