We are seeking dynamic and adaptable Science Teachers to join our team of supply staff working across secondary schools in the Wirral. Whether you're a specialist in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a general Science teacher, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-impact lessons while enjoying flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils
* Plan, prepare and mark work in line with curriculum expectations (depending on assignment)
* Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools
* Strong subject knowledge across at least one science discipline
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
