What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to run your own 360° recruitment desk – building relationships, winning business and matching talented candidates with brilliant clients.
You’ll receive full training from day one and will quickly take on responsibilities such as:
Business Development
* Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media & meetings
* Promoting Hunter Selection’s services and unique selling points
* Negotiating commercial terms
Client & Candidate Management
* Taking detailed vacancy briefs
* Building long‑lasting client partnerships
* Advertising roles, sourcing talent and using our tools, databases & networks
* Interviewing and assessing candidates
* Managing interviews, feedback and the offer process
* Ensuring smooth communication until placement
Organisation & Quality
* Following structured processes to ensure high-quality service
* Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
* Upholding professional standards across all social media activity
