Trainee Estimator
Salary: £18k - £28k (dependent upon experience)
Location: West Midlands

What you'll be doing
* Learning how to read technical drawings and understanding project requirements
* Assisting with preparing accurate cost estimates
* Working with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
* Visiting sites to see how plans become reality
* Developing your understanding of materials, methods, and construction processes
* Supporting the team in bidding for new projects and delivering high-quality tenders
Who we're looking for
Any experience or qualifications within construction would be ideal along with:
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Curiosity about construction, engineering, or problem-solving
* Good communication, verbal, written and numerical skills
* Good IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
* A desire to grow and build a long-term career
