I am seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a well-established, high-quality nursing home located near Sevenoaks in Kent. About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical and person-centred care are delivered consistently. You will have a visible presence across the home, with a balanced mix of supernumerary hours and on-the-floor clinical leadership. Your role will include supporting the management team, mentoring staff, contributing to audits and inspections, and leading by example in delivering outstanding care.
