The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
You will:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide targeted academic and pastoral support to students in small groups or one-to-one.
* Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Develop your understanding of effective teaching practices.
* Take part in professional development sessions and prepare for progression into teacher training.

About You
