Reporting to the Group QHSE Manager, you’ll shape policy, guide operational teams, and own ISO 45001 compliance – all while driving a positive safety culture. What you’ll be doing * Set, maintain, and improve H&S and fire-safety standards in line with ISO 45001 and current UK legislation. * Deliver internal audits, risk assessments, COSHH reviews, accident investigations, and RIDDOR reporting. * Track safety metrics, identify trends, and share insights with senior leadership. * Lead Corrective Action Meetings and coach managers on best practice. * Act as primary contact for the HSE and other regulatory bodies. * Support contract mobilisations/demobilisations and national projects.
