Gi group are working with McLaren Automotive to add an experienced automotive paint sprayer t the paint shop team. This role is an initial fixed term contract for 3 months. Working Monday to Friday 5:30am - 2:15pm with potential overtime on weekends. Pay rates · £19.47 per hour Monday to Friday · £29.21 per hour after 40 hours and Saturdays · £38.94 per hour Sundays and bank holidays. You will be specifically Paint shop reporting to the Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring a seamless and efficient operation within the application of paint is at it's very best within one of our built-in quality areas, ensuring production continue a consistent, high quality application process. What You'll Do Understand practical problem-solving methods and rework instructions. Escalate any issues found within the built-in quality stations and rectify to process standard Ensure 5s within your work area in line with McLaren expectations. Maintain standards set such as, using the uniform/ clothing provided. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
