We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient time management, resource allocation, and communication across teams to meet operational goals.
Job Specification:
* Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for staff, projects, or equipment.
* Fill out contractors diaries and what needs to be prioritized
* Coordinate with internal departments to align schedules with project timelines and resource availability.
* Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
* Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and communications.
* Use scheduling software/tools to optimize planning and resource allocation.
* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively.
* Support reporting and analysis of scheduling performance and KPIs.
Personal Specification:
* Proven experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in scheduling software is desirable
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
