What the Job Involves This role involves managing protected caseloads, assessing the needs of children and young people, and developing multi-agency plans to address identified needs. You will be responsible for preparing care plans, conducting timely assessments, and promoting the participation of all relevant agencies, children, and families. Your duties also include preparing complex reports, investigating allegations of neglect or abuse, and representing the department in legal matters. Additionally, you will support the learning and development of other social workers and engage in developmental activities to improve services.
