Business Co-Founder – Recruitment (Permanent Roles Focus)

I’m looking for a driven and entrepreneurial partner to join me in building a recruitment business from the ground up. This is an early-stage venture, so the right person will be hungry to succeed, motivated to grow something of their own, and ready to put in the time to make it happen.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Sales and business development: bringing in new clients and building long-term relationships
* Full 360 recruitment: managing the end-to-end process for permanent roles
* Driving revenue and growth through consistent delivery and client satisfaction
What I’ll bring to the table:
* Tech setup, compliance, and business infrastructure
* Leads and initial costs covered
* Experience in launching and scaling businesses from scrappy start-ups to established operations
What I’m looking for in you:
* Recruitment experience (preferred), or strong cold calling/sales background
* Availability (ideally 9–5)
* Ability to support yourself financially until the business generates revenue
* Hunger, resilience, and the mindset of someone who wants to run a business.
Equity & Rewards:
* Starting point: 50/50 split
* Open to negotiation if you bring additional value (to be agreed during application stage)
* Earnings tied directly to business success - when the business makes money, you make money
