About the role
We’re looking for a Community Project Officer who’s passionate about regeneration, partnership working, and making a real difference on the ground.
In this dynamic role, you will:
1. Initiate, develop and deliver community regeneration projects across a diverse range of partners and sectors.
2. Build strong, trusted relationships with local partners, community groups, and stakeholders.
3. Spot and explore new opportunities for growth within the Land & Communities Programme.
4. Work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
5. Apply a continuous improvement mindset, developing your own skills and embedding best practice in everything you do.

What you’ll bring:
6. Experience in community project delivery, with a track record of collaboration and innovation.
7. Strong organisational skills, including budget management and project planning.
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
9. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to seek support when needed.
10. An understanding of countryside and park management would be an advantage.
