Are you an experienced Network/Regional Manager with a passion for operational excellence? Join our team at JDP as a Network Manager in our North region. Make a difference in ensuring our branches across this region keep running efficiently!
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of Branch Managers covering North England and Scotland, nurturing a collaborative and growth-orientated environment.
2. Monitor Network performance, swiftly addressing any issues in the region.
3. Engage all branches in managing existing customer relationships, revenue and profit.
4. Coordinating regional meetings with Branch Managers that include relationship building and understanding of other relevant JDP functions.
5. Supporting the Branches with any day to day operational issues that they cannot resolve alone.
6. Working with the other Network Managers to look at strategy and company growth.
7. Travelling to the Branches throughout the North of England and Scotland, therefore your base should be either one of our Longtown or Birtley sites.

Requirements:
8. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders of all levels.
9. Proven track record within management, or ready to take the next step up.
10. A strategic thinker with strong planning skills
11. Able to work using your own initiative within a demanding, target driven environment
12. A motivational and inspirational leader
13. A natural relationship builder with strong business development skills
14. Willing to Travel
