Are you customer-focused with a background in finance? Join a dynamic, international team supporting end-of-lease processes for leased machines. We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Services Representative to be the first point of contact for dealers and customers across the UK, Netherlands, and Ireland.
What You’ll Do
* Manage customer relationships and service coordination for leased assets
* Handle end-of-lease processes with a keen understanding of financial products like hire purchase
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, with a focus on service excellence
* Collaborate across teams and regions to deliver seamless customer support
* Use tools like Microsoft Office, Oracle, Salesforce, and ideally Power BI to drive insights and improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a finance or leasing environment
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve queries professionally
* Detail-oriented with experience documenting customer interactions
* Degree or equivalent experience preferred
