About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

* Customer Service - delivering an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
* Brand Bra Experience - providing our brand bra fitting experience with expert advice on size and suitable styles.
* Visual Merchandising - owning merchandising and presentation of products to help customers find what they need and discover what they didn’t know they needed.
* Store Standards - maintaining front and back-of-house standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting with loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
About You
* Passion for retail – enjoy creating a unique customer experience across front and back of house.
* Love the customer – eager to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge through our learning programmes.
* Relationships that count – keen to develop valued relationships with team and customers.
