Job Description:
Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our client’s Finance team in Belfast.
The role offers up to £15.92 per hour PAYE or £21.30 per hour Umbrella, inside IR35. It is an on-site position in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with an estimated start date of 1st October 2025.

Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet).
* Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime.
* Serve as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries.
* Generate reports for payroll and HR on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
* Manage data uploads and manual adjustments for payroll processing.
* Administer various leave types and resolve system errors.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration.
* Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
* Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and verification.
* Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written skills.
* Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving system/data issues.
* Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
The role requires BPSS clearance before starting.
