We are looking for a Rural Property Solicitorto join the Agricultural Property teamin our Ross-on-Wye office. We are well respected for our work in agriculture and act as NFU appointed panel firm for members in several counties of the UK, bringing a variety of interesting quality work. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Experience as an Agricultural Property Solicitor or a Commercial Property Solicitor with a genuine interest in agriculture.
2. Some knowledge of farming and rural business structures.
3. Experience dealing with landowners, farmers or rural estates.
4. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:
5. Handling a range of rural property transactions including sales, purchases, leases etc.
6. Advising clients on rural property matters.
7. Drafting and negotiating agreements.
This is a hybrid position based in our Ross-on-Wye office. There will also be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the Agricultural Property team, based at our other offices.
