The Role
You will handle a varied caseload across both residential and commercial property matters, with the opportunity to gain broad exposure and develop your technical skills from day one.
The caseload will include:
* Residential conveyancing transactions
* Commercial property matters
* Sales and purchases
* Leases and landlord & tenant work
You will benefit from a busy desk with an immediate flow of work, allowing you to quickly establish yourself within the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents
* Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
* Supporting colleagues on more complex transactions
* Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ-1 PQE)
* Experience in property law (seat experience considered)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach
