We are passionate about what we do and have invested significantly in equipment and increased our bakery footprint. Around Noon Bakery is looking for a Bakery Operative to join The Bakery Team. Job duties Bakery operatives will be responsible for: Setting up and baking pastries. Ensuring relevant paperwork is completed. Running the flow-wrapper for our Allergen separation products. Ensuring all Allergen SOP’s are followed and strict separation of production is adhered to at all times. Ensuring the production area is kept clean during production hours and full clean downs carried out at the end of the shift. Person specification Good written and spoken English Ability to work on their own initiative Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make effective decisions Previous Food industry experience Understanding of MS Office suite Food safety level 2 desirable but not essential Working times - Day shifts: Sunday to Friday from 06:00 am to 3:00 pm - 5 days out of 7, to include weekend work!
