Job Title: Logistics & Purchasing Administrator Location: Haverhill, Suffolk Hourly rate: £15 Contract Type: Temp ongoing Hours: Monday - Friday Sector: Manufacturing An opportunity has arisen for a Temporary ongoing Logistics & Purchasing Administrator for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk As the Logistics & Purchasing Administrator your duties will include: * Issuing of dispatch notes, sales invoices, packing list & commercial invoices form and arrangement of other shipping documents such as certificates of origin, bill of lading as needed. * Working with suppliers to purchase goods and services managing purchase from start to finish. Including booking into system and advising relevant personnel of arrival. * Liaising with both internal team members and external customers and suppliers, by telephone and email.
