Chef de Partie – 4 day week – Luxury Hotel – Package up to £34,000
Salary up to £30k plus up to £4,000 in tronc – 4 day working week.
This client has established itself as one of the leading hotels in North Wales set on the foot of the Snowdonia National Park.
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for a Chef de Partie within its kitchen team.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus £4k non-contractual tronc.
A successful candidate will ideally have:
1. Sound kitchen experience in a quality kitchen environment.
2. NVQ 2 and CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications.
3. Clear passion for the industry and food.
4. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
5. Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
