Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with an ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Andover, Hampshire, to recruit a passionate and motivated English Teacher for an immediate start.

The Role
* Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Create a calm, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment
* Support students of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs and SEN
* Assess progress and provide effective feedback to raise attainment
* Encourage a love of reading, writing, and communication
* Work closely with colleagues and pastoral teams to support student progress and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
* Has experience teaching English at secondary level
* Can engage and motivate students across KS3 and KS4
* Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
