The team works closely with therapists to ensure the physical and emotional support of the children. This role involves working with secondary-aged pupils, and it is an exciting time to join as the school moves into a new state-of-the-art building in October.
Responsibilities:
* Providing assistance and support for children before, during, and after lessons
* Assisting children to understand and participate in tasks appropriately
* Encouraging the development of social skills
* Maintaining individual student records
* Helping to build confidence and motivation
* Participating in team meetings and training programs as an active team member
* Supporting the developing culture of the organization in collaboration with managers and staff
* Following safeguarding regulations
* Supporting individual needs, including assisting with medical and personal care tasks as necessary (training provided), and providing physical support where needed
Summary:
* Role suitable for psychology graduates
* Salary: £89 to £105 daily rate (9am-3:30pm, 5-day week)
* Temp-to-perm contracts available
