Graduate Finance Recruitment Consultant – The role
* Market mapping for live candidates
* Providing support that enables the business to provide a timely, professional, and valued service to our clients.
* Identify talent for your mandates, qualifying and providing your recommendations of potential talent with Partner direction.
* Working in conjunction with the Lead Partner to produce a shortlist of high calibre candidates.
* Produce high-quality, insightful, and robust written work including executive summaries and progress reports.
* You will help us to build the best and most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe, covering both mid-market and large-cap firms.
Graduate Finance Recruitment Consultant – Ideal Candidates
* Degree qualified from a research-intensive University course
* Intellectual curiosity and commercial aptitude
* Able to build credible relationships over the telephone and in person
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
* A rigorous, methodical approach with an exceptional attention to detail
* High levels of tenacity, creativity, and lateral thinking
* Able to work well under pressure and deliver high quality results
* A high level of intellect and a naturally inquisitive nature
