Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our small, friendly and hard-working school team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in our Year 1 & 2 cohort, supporting pupils in class as well as delivering targeted interventions to small groups and individual children.
What you’ll be doing
1. Providing high-quality classroom support
2. Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions
3. Helping pupils grow in confidence, independence and resilience
4. Working closely with teachers and colleagues to ensure every child can succeed

10. Maintain high standards while being adaptable and flexible
11. Have some experience delivering phonics or working as an LSA (desirable, not essential)
Essential qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
