My client is a super prime London specialist acting on Residential and Commercial Valuation instructions for a range of specialist and private lenders alongside HNWIs and investors.
Within their Commercial Valuation team, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows:
* Working directly alongside the MD, servicing desirable clients in Prime London
* Scope to lead and develop the commercial division with share options over time
* MRICS/VRS with 5 years PQE
* Proven track record in Commercial Property Valuation
* Ability to Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.
* Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial sectors.
* Tech Savvy
* Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.
