Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
* Creating and executing the sales plan for the area, working closely with partners and customers, driving demand for the UK drives business working within the local sales unit.
* Analysing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
* Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the drives portfolio.
* Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
Qualifications For The Role
* Ability to demonstrate your experience in driving sales growth, new business development, selective hunting and account management activities.
* More than 5 years of front‑end customer facing sales experience.
* Strong customer and market focus, able to position the portfolio in a highly competitive market.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across sales teams and functions.
* Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
* Proven experience in automation equipment including drives, PLCs and HMIs preferred.
* Candidates must have permission to work in the UK as no visa support etc. will be provided.
