At Castle Hill Baptist Church Warwick, we believe that building the Kingdom of God takes all kinds of gifts and that practical, behind-the-scenes work is just as much a part of ministry as preaching or leading worship.
What the Role Involves
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the church (administration, logistics, scheduling, etc.).
* Helping events and ministries run smoothly behind the scenes.
* Coordinating resources, facilities, volunteers, and vendors.
* Implementing processes to improve communication and efficiency.
* Assisting with management of budgets, planning, and other practical matters.
* Being a go-to person for “How do we get this done?”
* Working closely with the pastoral team, ministry leaders, and volunteers; good people skills, flexibility, and a can-do attitude are essential.
What We’re Looking For
* Basic business or organisational acumen (understanding systems, comfortable with emails, spreadsheets, planning, etc.).
* A servant leader mindset; happy to lead and to support.
* Willingness to learn on the job and take initiative.
* A good communicator who is organised and reliable.
* A team player who can handle challenges with grace.
