Electrical Engineer (Progression to Senior within 3 Years)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an ambitious Electrical Engineer to join our growing Manchester office. This position has been created as part of our strategic expansion and offers a clear pathway for progression to Senior Engineer within the next three years.
The successful candidate will report directly to Stephen, a Senior/Principal Engineer, and will benefit from a structured mentoring and development programme tailored to support your professional growth and technical development.

This opportunity is ideal for an engineer with 3 to 5 years' experience post-graduation, currently looking to take their career to the next level in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior team members on a range of exciting projects
* Deliver electrical design solutions across RIBA stages, with strong focus on Stages 4 and 5
* Work across a variety of sectors, including residential (high-rise), healthcare, and education
* Support delivery of key infrastructure upgrades in the data centre sector
* Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and project deadlines
Current Projects Include:
* A 44-floor residential tower in the heart of Manchester
* Two data centre infrastructure upgrade projects
Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in a Building Services consultancy or similar environment
* Solid technical understanding and experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
* Sector experience in residential, health, and/or education projects
* Familiarity with UK regulations and design standards
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
* Chartered or working towards chartership (desirable)
