Our Client is a well established supplier of construction materials with almost 5 decades of experience and supply operating from with multiple locations. They are seeking a bright and proficient Finance assistant to join their team at their Head Offices in Slough, Berkshire.
This role will be Office based and pays an annual salary of up to £30k per annum. Monday - Friday with hours of 9-5pm.
If you have accumulated 3-5 years of experience within a Finance team and are looking for your next role, this would be an ideal environment to harness and consolidate your technical skills.
Daily Duties Include
1. Assist daily banking and enter journals
2. Print purchase ledger invoices input them, check statements, pay creditors and reconcile on ERP
3. Query PL invoice discrepancies Expense receipts and assign correct ledger
4. Bank reconciliation
5. Cashflow report
6. Payroll/Pension
7. Enter journals for all direct debit payments
8. Send sales ledger statements and chase payment
