We have an exciting opportunity for a
Disrepair Coordinator
to join our Disrepair team which consists of 6 people. The team is responsible for managing disrepair claims across Sanctuary Groups property portfolio. They also work to ensure legal compliance, timely repairs and excellent customer service. As Disrepair Coordinator you will work collaboratively with surveyors, contractors, and customers, but will also be required to work independently.

Tracking and managing all disrepair claims, including EPA cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution

Coordinating appointments and schedules with surveyors, contractors, and customers

Monitoring progress against agreed timeframes and escalating delays proactively

Maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support compliance and continuous improvement
:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service tailored to individual needs
:
Supporting colleagues across regions to ensure consistent service delivery
:
Contributing to special projects aligned with Sanctuarys values and objectives
Skills and experiences:

Recent experience in a similar administrative role

Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities

Experience producing compliance and statistical reports

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong customer care and interpersonal abilities

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365

Ability to work independently and take initiative
