Location: Twickenham, London
Compensation: £34,000 - 37,000 + bonus
Timeline: ASAP
Structure: Reporting to Operations Manager

About the Role
SFI Logistics is Greater London’s leading installation and logistics partner for commercial furniture. We work with blue-chip corporations (Google, Amazon, Barclays, JP Morgan, Bank of America), serviced offices, workplace providers and furniture dealers.
We are looking for a senior stock controller or warehouse team lead professional with at least 6 years’ experience, ideally in the furniture market. We are a dynamic and fast-paced organisation where your skills in inventory management will make a real impact. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Controller / Warehouse Team Leader to oversee stock accuracy, maintain inventory records, and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.You will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing deliveries, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring efficient stock control measures. You will play a key role in maintaining an organised warehouse environment and liaising with clients and suppliers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and manage the goods-in-transit area, pallet storage and box storage
* Receive and process deliveries, addressing discrepancies with clients and suppliers
* Maintain and update the warehouse management system, accurately recording stock movements
* Conduct regular inventory checks and investigate discrepancies
* Liaise with the operations and sales teams regarding deliveries and stock issues
* Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment orders
* Provide reports on stock movements, discrepancies and inventory control to management
* Support the team by covering during absences and working flexible hours, including weekends
What We're Looking For
* Experience in inventory control and warehouse management (Essential).
* Proficiency in inventory management systems (Essential).
* Good Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills, particularly Excel / Google Sheets
* Analytical skills to investigate stock discrepancies
* Ability to work in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment
* Forklift Truck Licence or willingness to obtain one (Desirable)
