Role overview
Responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness standards while interacting with members. Adhere to health and safety policy, conduct daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and safety checks, report defects, and support colleague training.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to Health and Safety policies and Company Procedures Handbook.
* Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard and uniform cleanliness throughout the gym.
* Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
* Report all defects to ensure building and equipment safety.
* Deliver outstanding member service.
* Participate in colleague training to uphold exceptional standards.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
* Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
* Passion for exceeding expectations.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
* Effective communication skills, approachable to members and staff.
