They are currently seeking a head of IT Service Management with drive &mitment to work in their fast-paced, dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Your new role
As Head of IT Service Management, you will lead a function that has responsibility for the operational delivery of all IT services within the organisation.
You will be responsible for establishing and continuously improving the quality and efficacy of their IT services.
You would be expected to join the leadership team where the go al is to collaborate with other IT teams, suppliers and customers to help streamline the services they provide. As the Head of IT Service Management, your role involves overseeing the operational delivery of IT services with typical responsibilities that include:
1. Operational Delivery : Ensuring efficient delivery of IT services to thepany.
2. Service Levels Alignment : Aligning service levels with business needs and cost drivers.
3. ITIL Processes : Implementing, modelling, and supporting ITIL processes.
4. Strategic Transformation : Updating the overall strategy to transform separate service capabilities.
5. SLAs : Developing and maintaining IT service catalogues and service level agreements (SLAs) to align with business requirements.
6. Leadership and Mentorship : Providing exceptional leadership and mentorship for largeplex projects.
7. Supplier & Vendor Management : Ensuring suppliers meet delivery milestones and managing IT contracts.
8. Collaboration with CMO Team : Evolving delivery methodologies and fostering excellence in change management.
What you'll need to succeed
Typically, to be considered for this Senior Strategic Role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record in most of the below
9. Advanced knowledge of business operations and IT service management.
10. Excellentmunicator,fortable managing the expectations of customers as well as senior management and internal technical staff
11. C10+ years in ITSM and service management roles
12. C5+ years in people and functional leadership roles
